Artisan Crafted Coffees

Our coffees are roasted daily in Eugene, Oregon.  South Fork's coffee is fairly traded, tree and bird friendly, high grade arabica beans.  We also carry "certified organic " arabica coffee.  We roast our coffee in small controlled batches using an infrared roaster.  This style ensures evenly roasted beans for a smooth bold flavor, which leads to  lower acidity levels and eliminates any burnt or bitter tastes.  Try our coffees, you will not be disappointed.
